When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password). When you use our scanning or rewriting features, we temporarily process the resume and job description text you submit. When you make a purchase, payment is handled by Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

How we use it

• To run the scoring and AI features you request, including sending resume and job description text to Anthropic's Claude API for the Deep AI Scan and AI-assisted editing features.
• To manage your account, plan, and credit balances.
• To process payments via Razorpay.
• To respond to messages sent through our Contact form.
• To understand overall site usage through anonymous page-visit tracking, which helps us improve the product.

Third parties we work with

• Anthropic — processes resume/JD text you submit to power Deep AI Scan and AI-assisted editing, governed by Anthropic's own data handling practices for API usage.
• Razorpay — processes all payments; we never see or store your full card or banking details.
• Supabase — hosts our database, where your account and usage data is stored.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

Resume content

Resume and job description text you paste into Resunexa is used to generate your scan results and is stored in our database tied to your account, so you can track your scan history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, so you can access your scan history and credits. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data and resume content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain payment records for legal or accounting purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including password hashing and encrypted database connections. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through our Contact page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Changes to this policy
