1. What Resunexa is

Resunexa provides resume analysis tools: a free live keyword-matching score, and a paid Deep AI Scan that reads your resume against a job description using AI. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Resunexa's scores are estimates based on common ATS (Applicant Tracking System) parsing patterns and a transparent, published scoring formula. We do not guarantee that any specific resume will pass any specific company's actual ATS or hiring process, or result in an interview, offer, or job. Real ATS configurations vary by employer and are not visible to us or any third-party tool. Our scores reflect keyword and structural alignment, not a determination of whether you will be hired.

3. Honesty commitment

Our AI features will not fabricate work history, job titles, certifications, or skills you do not genuinely have. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume you submit to an employer, including content generated or suggested through Resunexa. Misrepresenting your qualifications to an employer may carry legal consequences for you; Resunexa is a drafting and analysis tool, not a guarantee of accurate output without your own review.

4. Payments and credits

Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Deep AI Scans consume credits or plan allowances at the time of use. Once a Deep AI Scan has been used, the associated cost has been incurred and that specific usage is not refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Fair use

Free-tier allowances (live scoring, free normal scans) are intended for individual personal use. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or restrict accounts that we reasonably believe are creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free allowances, or otherwise abusing the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resunexa and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost income, or hiring decisions made by third-party employers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service.

8. Intellectual property

Resunexa, its branding, scoring methodology, template designs, and underlying software remain our property. Your resume content, and any resume you create or download using Resunexa, belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over content you submit or generate through the service.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Resunexa available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control, including third-party providers we depend on (such as our AI provider, payment processor, or hosting infrastructure).

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework and our Privacy Policy. This includes purpose limitation (we use your data only for the purposes described), reasonable security safeguards, and your right to request deletion of your data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Resunexa harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or content you submit that infringes a third party's rights or misrepresents your qualifications to an employer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes arising from use of Resunexa will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Resunexa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
